This guide will show you how to save a meeting invitation as a draft in your calendar. Saving a draft is a great way to prepare a meeting in advance without sending the invitation until you have all the necessary details finalized.
From your calendar, click the New button in the top-right corner to open the event creation window.
Add a title for your meeting in the Add title field.
Enter the names or email addresses of participants in the Invite required attendees field.
Add any other necessary details, such as the meeting time, location, and a description in the main text box.

When you are ready to save your progress, click the X (close) icon at the top-right of the new event window.
